美加的频率是一样的。加拿大只是GMRS不需要licence。/ ~5 _- {" S" l( T  |, X

% s2 d: {. x# Q; _$ M由于Nanaimo的朋友增加到三人，trailheads之间再carpool就比较麻烦了。所以这次大家都直接到Maple Mtn. Rd.的trailhead。先走summit trail，如果下来后还想走coast trail的话，就要走roundtrip了。

% i7 L3 X, ]" G  {不知道zy710000和sunshadow住哪里。这次还是按原计划7：30都到Costco吧。iloveuvic和bonnie22就麻烦痞子接一下。

不知你说的summer tail 是否是blue trail？blue trail 比较容易，costal trail 要难一些。 如两条都走的话, 先走costal trail要好一些(不然累了会影响安全).  景色不错, 还看到了bald eagles and sea lions. But scenery wise, we still like east sooke costal trail better, ' U5 k& z& m+ `$ R/ J) f2 o0 d

6 Q6 \) v  v8 c5 ~8 V# E# B2 P穿好鞋(must be hiking shoes), 带足水, have fun.
