---我同样反对钓石斑作为商业经营, 并把石斑作为主要目标, 石斑寿命特别长, 同时繁育不易, 不像是三文鱼2-6年的生命周期3 D& U5 L7 b; K. c! l' l& ]

强烈建议石斑钓控制80ft以内, 这样放生是ok的

呵呵你多虑了, 老船长同学又不是免费让你钓, 真有闲心去的都是有钱有闲的, 我就只能蹭蹭虎哥的船, 要不自己kayak出去了

钓石斑跑Port Renfrew成本太高了... 至于送鱼我这种不怎么吃鱼的, 只能送了, 我夏天最多下几次海, 湖钓更是去的更少, 所以我们这些真正recreational的, 危害很小....- z. ~! F' C  y( s0 b

! @% o) h4 e, V6 e7 u# ~- L
% n  ~% p5 C' Y5 w, {  A政府希望的就是这种买了yearly license但是很少钓鱼的人, freshwater的license fee是政府的放生计划的主要资金来源

总体说, 以上几点需要满足

0 s" o) ]8 ~) B  h: u船必须是 Transport Canada certified,同时开船的必须有Small Vessel Operator Proficiency Certificate; f1 @- z% b; J2 j& w
同时船主必须买了insurance for carrying passengers( Y1 C+ p' P6 r8 q8 ]

这些是charter的基本需要, 其他见仁见智了

我湖上还混得过去, 海上打肿脸也不是胖子, 那个老虎和潜水的胖子是把victoria钓遍了, 石斑对他们没有吸引力了- j. n) L5 J% ^/ V( }3 x
