如果父母并没搬家，孩子在外省外国上学都可还按父母所在省居民身份报税, 也还可接着用省医保和驾照。
但安省居民房租退税是要在安省租的房子的租金，安省居民在外省外国（上学）租房租金并不能用。另外学生吃饭费用木有减税。
