OMG

Teachers are sooo lazy, paid full year's salary for 10 month easy work, not counting all the PA, PD days.
They don't want to show their inability and incompetencies, so that's why they are opposing it.

I agree. I think here, teacher has tooo many freedom in their classroom and it is time to, at least, make some sense about where the school stands. Otherwise, nobody will be able to know anything about what is going on in the classroom at all.
