Lord, - }* o5 w1 ?' P
having transformed
2 A: p, G+ V; Hsunshine and soil and water and seed,, z6 v, R9 j: o
into food upon which we are soon to feed, ( X( n. W' K3 b+ V# S8 g6 X0 S
we thank you for life and we want to stay well, 9 x- l2 B3 _' s5 X, P
so we promise to rub our hands with Purell.( w& @6 g" f4 p2 f
We who came first and are ready to dine
( Z/ W5 V3 h0 d1 C- F( \4 H& }thank you that we’re not still waiting in line,
/ p; f' @& s5 t5 B- rbut for those who are hungry and eagerly wait, " o! b1 W7 T& |
we shall not be greedy and heap up our plate.
! N+ r8 O# t0 G; r* y: ?* _Instead we’ll be thoughtful of all the others
6 b# g0 j% N, A0 v: i/ l; l/ B, b6 Q% Bthe way we were taught by our own loving mothers.' u3 q" i7 N4 h4 U$ S
Now,

2 Y% s4 l' T% o0 M! Gthe aroma of casseroles perfectly toasted 9 ?% `8 u0 Z7 z5 _
