( v+ J  o% J1 P- UOne night I had a dream1 h1 b* o) W5 b4 n1 m1 V, ]
I was walking along the beach with my Lord.% u+ P4 i+ R6 ]: O% y) Z
Across the sky flashed scenes from my life.
0 s8 w2 ^2 o/ v# ]4 _3 n! dFor each scene I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,
7 ]7 |6 X/ I) R2 Q) ~7 {8 z" Bone belonging to me! c, d  {& p' l: K
and the other to my Lord.
1 V% t( O. [( p' S; zWhen the last scene of my life shot before me
( Q$ \+ j. x9 _: {' E# f, f7 }I looked back at the footprints in the sand./ c5 K' X" a( Y' a5 I
There was only on set of footprints.
" K. \2 h8 o$ h- S3 JI realized that this was at the lowest
4 ^/ i& R' ~0 R" Kand saddest times in my life.
, R4 i7 _9 F+ x0 `/ U7 VThis always bothered me , R% j5 i$ a/ `& Q
and I questioned the Lord
' z* {4 ]7 F7 `- s. w. M1 ?about my dilemma.
8 S8 `; j) @1 X8 }% B* v2 Y"Lord, you told me when I decided to follow You,7 d4 \. Q, X: |% O% O
You would walk and talk with me all the way.
- ~6 ^$ S- J* V: b, ]6 D/ qBut I'm aware that during the most troublesome
" p$ ~0 y9 q- E! C1 ctimes of my life there is only one set of footprints.
% f! u6 u4 ]) O, V5 q$ pI don't understand why, when I needed You most,
/ _1 ^0 U. o! f& r* z$ E* x5 Lyou leave me."  q3 L' _1 Y+ c. v
He whispered,  "My precious, precious child,1 s# {1 k+ u1 ^, ^
