+ A+ u( S6 M: _: D# h( x8 N. W---我同样反对钓石斑作为商业经营, 并把石斑作为主要目标, 石斑寿命特别长, 同时繁育不易, 不像是三文鱼2-6年的生命周期

尤其某xxx深海钓, 没有特殊的设备, 石斑钓上来就是个死, 这怎么控制呀...sign2 F8 w! L- J3 C& G/ `5 W' R

8 u, S5 Y& i4 L7 g* }呵呵你多虑了, 老船长同学又不是免费让你钓, 真有闲心去的都是有钱有闲的, 我就只能蹭蹭虎哥的船, 要不自己kayak出去了* s- q; d- C1 a- j  N. s' O

; @$ l* W1 Z7 l$ S/ O9 z钓石斑跑Port Renfrew成本太高了... 至于送鱼我这种不怎么吃鱼的, 只能送了, 我夏天最多下几次海, 湖钓更是去的更少, 所以我们这些真正recreational的, 危害很小....

2 h- Y' X  w' S! [2 G# h政府希望的就是这种买了yearly license但是很少钓鱼的人, freshwater的license fee是政府的放生计划的主要资金来源

总体说, 以上几点需要满足

船必须是 Transport Canada certified,同时开船的必须有Small Vessel Operator Proficiency Certificate
6 w! {8 N, k9 |! i同时船主必须买了insurance for carrying passengers1 l1 h8 W# `* J7 x9 U; ^
% A' j% n- ^& `. o1 ]; n/ p
这些是charter的基本需要, 其他见仁见智了

我湖上还混得过去, 海上打肿脸也不是胖子, 那个老虎和潜水的胖子是把victoria钓遍了, 石斑对他们没有吸引力了
