准备要搬到维多利亚了, 又该考虑买房的事情. 请问Fernwood这个区的环境及学校情况. 我有3岁半的小孩, 当然要先考虑幼儿园. 小孩以后上小学及高中, 是只能在本区,还是可以到别的区呢?谢谢各位!!

本人推荐：Gordhead, Arbutus, Cadboro Bay 等近大学的几个区，也是华人比较集中的几个区。小学，中学是划区的

It is an older district.  Most of the houses in this district are old.  Chese rarely buy house there. It is a OK place
