Located on Langford Lake, this waterfront property provides hiking trails, fishing, boating, sailing, quick walking access to sports fields, dry land and ice arenas, a bowling alley, Westshore Mall including Fairway Market which specializes in Asian foods, City Center Park, the Caprice Theater and state of the art Cinema Complex, libraries, Hatley Park Heritage center,  as well as other attractions, and most importantly – the Westshore Exchange for the Victoria area Transit system. The Langford Trolley also connects the main locations in Langford and is a free service, including Royal Roads University which is nearbye.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of a separate building in the middle of the property, with private access. It has 2 decks, vaulted ceilings, a loft (requires ladder access), and lots of big windows with views of the lake from most of them.
This is a non-smoking, no pets  accommodation best suited to one person, a couple or perhaps 2 students if one doesn’t mind using the loft room. The apartment is fully furnished.  The lower floor (garage) is not part of the accommodation. This is a short term stay property though may include a full school year.
