移民法解释 加拿大移民部 Bill C-35法条
加拿大移民法C-35 规定，只有加拿大持牌移民顾问和加拿大律师可以代理移民留学事务。任何其他人若提供有偿移民留学咨询，都属非法行为。
根据情节轻重可获双重惩罚，包括：
- 获简易程序定罪summary conviction：易课罚金$10,000- $20,000 及/或 入狱半年
- 获陪审程序定罪conviction by indictment：易课罚金$50,000-$100,000 及/或 入狱2年
C-35 Includes the creation of a specific offence and doubles penalties from $50,000 to $100,000 and/or imprisonment for up to two years upon conviction by indictment; and from $10,000 to $20,000 and/or imprisonment for up to six months on summary conviction;
