个人支持逐步采取一些措施,因为很多沙滩被破坏的不行,包括我家附近的Gyro Park的沙滩,每次去,看到稍加过滤的污水哗哗流进海滩,就不舒服。对于现在的计划,也许不完美,大家应该一起努力。也许有更好的方法。我想,科学家不能只站在反对的角度,更应帮助提出好的方法。
