( H N- ~+ I7 {# P! fOctober 31th is the Lhawab Festival, the great celebration of Buddha's descent from heaven. On this special day, starting at 6pm, we will have a Dharma teaching with question and answer session, followed by guru yoga puja. Those who wish to take or renew their upsaka vows will have the opportunity to do so. # r1 c8 J' U# H- O4 ?4 r( c
