This 4 bedroom suite is on the second floor of a six bedroom house (downstairs suite is occupied by two UVIC rowing team members till next spring) is located in a quiet yet convenient family friendly neighborhood. It is surrounded by three house lived by seniors. It's 5 minute walking distance for almost everything (Bank, Coffee, Grocery, Supermarket, GAS, Mall, Bus, Library, Pizza House, etc...). If you like biking, it's about 10 minute to Uvic and 20 minute to Camosun. It's 2 minute walk away from Bus stop for 39,27,28
The layout of the Suite --Can be 3 bedroom with 2 washroom or 4 bedroom with 2 washroom, then a huge living room (base on you need)
It's furnished, but if you prefer your own set, it's enough storage space in garage
