HOMESTAY or Room Rental share kitchen/home

Welcome to our lovely new bright and friendly home ADULT Female Students. Five minute walk to shopping and major bus routes 10 minutes downtown or UVIC.

One bright, upper, spacious, fully furnished, comfortable bedroom available NOW. May be sharing bathroom with one other student.

We are an active family and enjoy the outdoors, walking, swimming, fitness, cycling, community activities, music, movies, reading and shopping.  We have two very non-shedding small and friendly people loving dogs.

Our home is a 5 minute walk to major bus routes and shopping.  Bus ride takes 10 minutes to downtown and UVIC. Homestay includes a healthy diet of 3 delicious meals a day and laundry facilites. We provide wireless high speed internet and WIFI.

English is our primary language spoken.  I have hosted, coached and mentored international students from many countries for ten years including students from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, China and South America.
